TRW Polska jest częścią amerykańskiego koncernu o ponad stuletniej tradycji.
Zakłady w Częstochowie należą do grupy "Automotive", w której wytwarzane sa między innymi pasy bezpieczeństwa, poduszki powietrzne, układy kierownicze, układy hamulcowe, itp. Odbiorcami są największe firmy samochodowe w Europie i na świecie.
Zakłady TRW Polska mieszczą się w Częstochowie przy ul. Rolniczej 33 i ul. Legionów 63 i zatrudniają obecnie około 3500 pracowników.

W związku z otwarciem nowego Centrum Inzynieryjnego w 2004 roku Częstochowie poszukujemy jeszcze 160 inzynierów (studentów V roku i absolwentów) na następujące stanowiska:

AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY PRODUCT DESIGNER – MECHANICAL

Responsibilities:
Desigining automotive safety products. Provide technical expertise for all design activities in the engineering department. Working in an international team. Design products with one of the CAD software systems (CATIA V4, CATIA V5, UGNX2 (Unigraphics), or IDEAS). Manage data and assemblies within different software systems. Prepare various translations of data. Apply GD&T as required. Create design/packaging studies. Discusions with customers and suppliers in attendance of Application Engineers and purchasing department as a technical consultant.

REQUIREMENTS:
- degree in mechanical engineering
- design related experience in automotive industry is recommended
- knowledge of manufacturing processes eg. metal stamping, casting
- working knowledge of GD&T standards
- working knowledge of CAD systems eg. Catia
- knowledge of formal processes in construction as well as FMEA, DOE, DFA is recommended
- communicative English / or German Skills


MODELING AND SIMULATION POSITION

Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise for structural analysis in the engineering department. Modeling of components and sub-systems of occupant restraint systems. Definition of load cases and model iteractions based on physical boundary conditions. Validation of simulation models in comparison with test results.

REQUIREMENTS:
- degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
- working experience in FE – methods and MBS simulation tools
- knowledge in continuum mechanics, multio body dynamics and fluid dynamics
- knowledge of GD&T standards and performing of tolerance stack analysis
- experience in related engineering areas is recommended
- communicative English / or German Skills


ANALYSIS ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
Perform statistical dimensional analysis. Communicate simulation results to design group, manufacturing group and quality control group Validate analysis results using production data as soon as they are available. Work with supplier quality group to obtain supplier process capabilities data. Perform project planning and scheduling of analysis projects. Complete documentation for the analysis results. Interaction with product design engineers, manufacturing engineers, designers, quality assurance group and production plant personnel to obtain necessary information to perform the analysis and to convey the results back to the group

REQUIREMENTS:
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
- one to three years experience with statistical dimensional analysis using Monte Carlo simulation method
- experience in tolerances stack analysis
- working knowledge of reading blue prints, assembly drawings and GD&T
- good understanding of differences manufacturing and assembly drawings process
- good programming skill in basic, Fortan or C Language
- good communication skills
- experience in tool and fixture design, working knowledge in quality control and statistics in a plus
- communicative English skills


APPLICATION ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
- Technical project lead and communication to customer of all technical issues.
- Release of prototypes for delivery to customer
- Target oriented product development according to customer requests
- Communication and exchange of experience within development teams (Engineering) and team
- Achieving of the internal technical release spreading (Standardization)
- Achieving of product release at the customer

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-8 experience in development in automotive industry
- experience in technical project leading
- ability to develop and improve customer relationship and communication issues
- knowledge of creation and supervision of the action plans for engineering
- ability to prescribe and define of the development targets
- fluent English or German and Russian skills
